Job Description

As a Technical Support Analyst at Trimble, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers. We’re looking for a self-starter who loves problem solving and has a passion for helping people. To be successful in this role, you must have strong technical proficiency, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to stay organized and multitask. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional technical support to Trimble customers.
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and products.
  4. Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
  6. Document customer interactions and technical issues in a timely fashion.
  7. Escalate customer issues to other teams, as necessary.
  8. Follow established processes and procedures for handling customer inquiries.
  9. Provide training to customers on the use of Trimble products and services.
  10. Monitor customer feedback and take action to resolve any issues.
