Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support to Trimble customers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and products.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues in a timely fashion.
- Escalate customer issues to other teams, as necessary.
- Follow established processes and procedures for handling customer inquiries.
- Provide training to customers on the use of Trimble products and services.
- Monitor customer feedback and take action to resolve any issues.
