Job Description

As a Technical Support Analyst at Trimble, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients. You'll be the go-to person for our clients' technical inquiries, offering technical guidance and troubleshooting advice. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for problem-solving and excellent interpersonal skills.The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience. You should have experience in handling and resolving technical issues, be comfortable working with databases and different software packages, and be familiar with web hosting, scripting, and coding. Furthermore, you should be able to think quickly and logically, anticipate customer needs, and have great communication and customer service skills.If you have a love for technology, enjoy helping people, and have the qualities we are looking for, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to Trimble clients via phone, email, and remote sessions.
  2. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions.
  3. Monitor customer support emails and respond promptly.
  4. Manage customer accounts, answer customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints.
  5. Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network-related issues.
  6. Document customer support activities in a timely and accurate manner.
  7. Maintain customer databases and manage customer data.
  8. Test and troubleshoot software applications and hardware peripherals.
  9. Create technical support documentation and user manuals.
  10. Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
