If so, we want to hear from you!We are looking for a Technical Product Support Specialist to join our team at Trimble. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for providing technical support for our products and services.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field. An additional certification in a related field is preferred. You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. You should also be familiar with various operating systems, office software, and computer hardware.If this sounds like a perfect fit for you, we would love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to customers for Trimble products and services.
  2. Troubleshoot customer inquiries and provide solutions.
  3. Identify and resolve software and hardware issues.
  4. Develop customer service strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure inquiries are resolved.
  6. Document customer inquiries and resolutions in the customer service database.
  7. Keep abreast of changes and updates in products and services.
  8. Test new products and services before releasing them to customers.
  9. Develop technical training materials and programs.
  10. Create user manuals and online help resources.
