  1. Calibrate and maintain Trimble's measurement systems to ensure highest levels of accuracy and reliability.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with measurement systems, utilizing strong problem-solving skills.
  3. Conduct regular testing and quality control checks to maintain system performance.
  4. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new calibration processes and procedures.
  5. Monitor and report on system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all calibrations and maintenance activities.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new techniques and technologies into calibration processes.
  8. Communicate with other departments and teams to ensure efficient and effective calibration processes.
  9. Train and mentor junior calibration technicians on calibration procedures and techniques.
  10. Continuously assess and improve calibration processes to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and precision are met.
  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing calibration activities.
  12. Contribute to the development and improvement of Trimble's measurement technology through feedback and suggestions.
  13. Represent Trimble in a professional and positive manner when interacting with clients or customers.
  14. Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail in all calibration activities.
