- Collaborate with various departments to identify and prioritize STOs.
- Create detailed project plans and timelines for each STO.
- Monitor progress of STOs and identify potential issues or roadblocks.
- Communicate updates and progress of STOs to senior management.
- Manage resources and budget for STOs.
- Ensure STOs are aligned with overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the development of STOs.
- Implement effective strategies to achieve desired outcomes for STOs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve STO processes and procedures.
- Lead and supervise a team of project managers and coordinators.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment for the STO team.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of STO management.
- Communicate and coordinate with external stakeholders and partners as needed.
- Monitor and report on the success and impact of STOs on the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Operations Or Logistics Management.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Teams.
Proficient In Supply Chain Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Efficiency.
