Job Description

At Trimble, we are looking for a Software Implementation Project Manager who will plan, implement, and manage software implementations for our customers. As a Software Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the software implementation process from start to finish.The ideal candidate for this position will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, plus at least 5+ years of experience in software implementation project management. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a professional, customer-focused attitude.If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that serves as a bridge between our customers and our software solutions, this is the job for you. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee software implementation process from start to finish.
  2. Plan and manage software implementations for customers.
  3. Develop strategies to ensure customer success.
  4. Monitor the progress of software implementations and adjust as needed.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  6. Identify and resolve potential issues before they become problems.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  8. Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  10. Stay up-to-date with new software implementations and industry trends.
