Job Description

At Trimble, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Software Engineering Specialist to join our engineering team. As a Software Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using the latest technologies. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining efficient, reliable, and secure software solutions.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in software development. You should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and Python. In addition, you should have experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for software development, and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, test, and maintain software applications using the latest technologies.
  2. Create and maintain efficient, reliable, and secure software solutions.
  3. Develop problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot software issues.
  4. Work with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and Python.
  5. Utilize web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  6. Communicate effectively with other software engineers, department heads, and other stakeholders.
  7. Maintain a passion for software development and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
  8. Keep up with latest technology trends and industry best practices.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the quality and security of the software applications.
