1. Design and implement comprehensive integration and testing strategies for our software and hardware solutions.
2. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough coverage of system functionality and performance.
3. Execute integration and testing activities, including system, functional, regression, and performance testing.
4. Identify, troubleshoot, and report defects and issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
5. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and ensure alignment with testing efforts.
6. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in systems integration and testing.
8. Mentor and train junior team members on testing techniques and methodologies.
9. Communicate test results and progress to project stakeholders, including providing recommendations for improvements.
10. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of integration and testing activities.
11. Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all testing activities.
12. Act as a subject matter expert on systems integration and testing, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
