  1. Develop and execute sales enablement programs to support revenue growth and improve sales team productivity.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop training materials, tools, and processes.
  3. Lead the design, development, and implementation of sales training programs, including onboarding, product training, and sales skills development.
  4. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and make improvements as needed.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert on sales enablement best practices and provide guidance and support to the sales team.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure sales messaging and materials are aligned with company objectives.
  7. Develop and maintain a sales enablement content library, including sales playbooks, battle cards, and competitive intelligence.
  8. Coordinate and manage sales events, such as sales conferences and training workshops.
  9. Establish and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the performance of sales enablement programs.
  11. Mentor and coach sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and developments in sales enablement and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our sales enablement initiatives and share best practices.
  14. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team.
  15. Lead and manage a team of sales enablement professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
