Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager - Key Accounts and Channels to join the Trimble team and drive our sales growth to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the key accounts and channels landscape, demonstrate an ability to build relationships, and be a creative problem solver. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker that can create and implement successful sales plans, and lead and motivate a team to achieve results. We are looking for an individual with a passion for sales, a proven ability to increase market share, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field• 5+ years of sales experience, with a record of success in Key Accounts and Channel sales• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong understanding of the key accounts and channels landscape• Creative problem solver, and ability to build relationships• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve results

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement successful sales plans to increase market share and meet/exceed sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and channels.
  3. Analyze and monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  4. Lead and motivate a sales team to maximize performance and achieve results.
  5. Research and identify potential new accounts and channels.
  6. Analyze customer data to develop effective strategies for targeting key accounts and channels.
  7. Develop and implement sales training and development plans for the sales team.
  8. Monitor competitors’ activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  9. Utilize customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
  10. Manage sales budget and ensure effective use of resources.
