- Develop and implement effective sales enablement strategies to support the growth and success of the sales team.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify sales enablement needs and create targeted training programs and materials.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales enablement initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
- Create and manage project plans and timelines for sales enablement initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities for the sales team.
- Work closely with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support sales enablement initiatives.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the impact of sales enablement programs on revenue and sales team effectiveness.
- Communicate regularly with the sales team to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to sales enablement programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and cohesion in sales enablement efforts.
- Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Act as a subject matter expert on sales enablement best practices and processes within the organization.
- Represent Trimble at industry events and conferences to showcase our sales enablement efforts and network with potential partners and clients.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate sales enablement processes and initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Enablement Or Sales Operations.
Strong Understanding Of Sales Processes And Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Influence And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Sales Enablement Programs, Including Training And Tools To Support Sales Teams.
