
Sales Enablement Program Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales enablement programs that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure sales goals are met.
- Develop and implement sales processes and techniques to optimize performance and increase efficiency.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and suggest strategies to increase sales.
- Monitor and assess program performance and progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Create and maintain project plans and timelines to ensure successful completion of sales enablement programs.
- Provide feedback and guidance to team members on performance, progress, and development.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales enablement programs are aligned with company objectives.
- Manage and track budget for sales enablement programs.
- Evaluate and recommend new technology and tools to enhance sales enablement programs.
