Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement programs and processes to enable our sales team to reach their goals.
  2. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement programs to identify areas of improvement.
  3. Identify and implement best practices in sales enablement.
  4. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of initiatives.
  5. Develop and deliver training to sales teams on new products and services.
  6. Create and maintain sales enablement materials and content.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  8. Analyze customer data to identify opportunities and strategies for growth.
  9. Manage and track sales enablement budget.
  10. Work closely with sales leadership to ensure sales team success.
