Job Description

At Trimble, we're looking for an experienced, innovative Sales Enablement Program Manager to help our sales teams build skills and knowledge to better serve our customers. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for sales process optimization, a strong attention to detail, and demonstrated success launching and managing sales enablement programs.The successful Sales Enablement Program Manager will have a minimum of five years of experience in sales process optimization and program management, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. The ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, product, and customer service teams is essential. If you're a highly organized self-starter, with a strong interest in sales enablement, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies and tactics to optimize the sales process and improve sales effectiveness.
  2. Design, develop, and manage sales enablement programs to help sales teams build skills and knowledge.
  3. Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas of opportunity to continuously improve and refine sales enablement programs.
  4. Collaborate with the sales, marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure sales enablement tools and content are aligned with business objectives.
  5. Monitor the performance of sales enablement programs and provide regular progress reports.
  6. Keep up to date with industry trends to ensure the sales enablement program is best-in-class.
  7. Create and manage budgets related to sales enablement initiatives.
  8. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery.
  9. Develop training materials and deliver presentations to sales teams on sales enablement initiatives and best practices.
