Sales Enablement/Instructional Designer

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual to join the Trimble team as a Sales Enablement/Instructional Designer. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality and engaging learning experiences for our sales team. If you’re passionate about learning, technology, and helping others, then this could be the perfect fit for you.To be successful as a Sales Enablement/Instructional Designer at Trimble, you’ll need to be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and have experience with developing and delivering learning experiences. You should have experience with instructional design principles, and have an understanding of the sales process, sales technology, and adult learning theories. A degree in instructional design, education, or a related field is preferred but not required.We’re looking for someone who is energized by working with people and building relationships, and who is eager to learn and grow in the ever-changing world of sales enablement and instructional design. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver high-quality and engaging learning experiences for the sales team.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand sales process, sales technology, and adult learning theories.
3. Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences.
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning experiences.
5. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in sales enablement and instructional design.
6. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
7. Lead workshops and presentations to promote sales enablement initiatives.
8. Create training materials for team members and other stakeholders.
9. Develop and implement strategies to improve learning outcomes.
10. Track and report performance data to management.
