
Regional Channel Development Manager, Field Systems

- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to promote and sell Trimble's field systems products and solutions.
- Create and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Communicate regularly with channel partners to provide product training, support, and updates.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Work with marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns and materials.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and partner relationships.
- Manage and track sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
- Train and mentor channel partners to ensure they are knowledgeable and effective in selling Trimble products.
- Represent Trimble at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and network with potential partners.
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes to ensure Trimble remains competitive and innovative.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
- Set and achieve sales targets and objectives for each region.
- Motivate and lead channel partners to achieve sales goals and drive success.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with channel partners and internal teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Channel Development Or Sales, Preferably In The Field Systems Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Distribution Channels And Experience In Developing And Managing Channel Partnerships.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth Through Channel Development Strategies.
