  1. Lead and manage projects within the Office of Tech Innovation team at Trimble.
  2. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement project plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  3. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  4. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to effectively track and communicate project progress and updates.
  5. Act as a liaison between the project team and other departments within the company, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential project risks or roadblocks.
  7. Manage project resources, including budget, staffing, and timelines.
  8. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the project team, encouraging new ideas and approaches.
  9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to drive continuous innovation within projects.
  11. Provide regular reports and presentations on project status and progress to senior management.
  12. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to foster their growth and development.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as any legal and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Project Management Experience In A Technology Or Innovation-Focused Environment.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Agile Project Management Methodologies.
