  1. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the field of civil construction.
  2. Collaborate with product development team to identify and understand customer needs and provide input on product design and features.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Trimble's products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  4. Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including troubleshooting, training, and product demonstrations.
  5. Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify potential growth opportunities and make recommendations for product improvements.
  6. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to increase product adoption and market share.
  7. Represent Trimble at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our products and services and build relationships with potential customers.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective product launch plans and go-to-market strategies.
  9. Monitor and report on product performance and customer feedback, and make recommendations for product enhancements or modifications.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide support and guidance to other team members, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering Or Related Field: A Product Specialist In Civil Construction At Trimble Should Possess A Strong Educational Background In Civil Engineering Or A Related Discipline. This Will Provide The Necessary Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Construction Processes To Effectively Support The Company's Product Line.

This Will Ensure A Deep Understanding Of The Industry's Needs And Challenges, Allowing The Individual To Provide Valuable Insights To The Company's Product Development Team.

  • Proficiency In Trimble Construction Software: As A Leading Provider Of Construction Technology, Trimble Expects Its Product Specialist To Have A Strong Working Knowledge Of Their Software Products. This Includes Tools Such As Trimble Business Center, Tekla Structures, And Sketchup, Among Others.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Product Specialist At Trimble Involves Working Closely With Both Internal Teams And External Clients. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Effectively Conveying Technical Information And Building Relationships With Clients.
