Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Product Manager - Crop Care to join our team at Trimble. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing Crop Care product lines to ensure that our products remain competitive in the market and drive profitable growth. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about both product management and agriculture, and who is able to think strategically and execute quickly.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Agriculture, Business Administration, or Marketing, and at least three to five years of experience in product management and/or product marketing. You must have excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

-Develop plans and strategies to ensure the successful launch and growth of the Crop Care product line.

-Research the market to identify customer needs and market trends in order to develop competitive and profitable product offerings.

-Create product roadmaps, design requirements and product specifications, and ensure that all products meet customer requirements and industry standards.

-Manage product life cycles, from concept to launch, and track performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and engineering to ensure successful product launches and rollouts.

-Manage product pricing to maximize profits and market share.

-Develop and deliver product training and support materials to sales and support teams.

-Analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights to enhance product offerings.

-Monitor competitor activities and stay abreast of industry trends.
