Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute product strategies to increase the growth of the Crop Care product portfolio.
  2. Analyze the crop care market to identify opportunities for product innovation and development.
  3. Use technical understanding, market analysis, and strategic planning skills to develop new products and services that meet customer needs.
  4. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product launches and product management initiatives are successful.
  5. Evaluate customer feedback and market trends to inform product strategies.
  6. Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to maximize customer satisfaction.
  7. Manage product roadmaps and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  8. Stay current on the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure products remain competitive.
