  1. Lead the product development process from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
  3. Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business objectives, customer feedback, and market research.
  4. Collaborate with engineering teams to create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  5. Manage the product lifecycle, including planning, launch, maintenance, and retirement.
  6. Develop business cases and product pricing strategies, balancing customer needs with revenue goals.
  7. Communicate product updates and releases to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
  8. Monitor product performance and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and competitors to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  10. Foster strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and gather feedback on product features and performance.
  11. Support sales and marketing efforts by providing product expertise and participating in customer presentations and events.
  12. Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals.
  13. Mentor and coach junior product managers to develop their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  14. Adhere to product management best practices and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.
