  2. Apply various colors and finishes to products according to specifications.
  3. Operate and maintain powder coating and painting equipment.
  4. Prepare surfaces for coating and painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking.
  5. Ensure all safety protocols are followed while handling and using materials.
  6. Complete projects within specified timelines and meet quality standards.
  7. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of powder and painting supplies.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the coating and painting process.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
  10. Continuously strive for improvement and innovation in coating and painting techniques.
  11. Follow company policies and procedures regarding quality control and safety.
  12. Communicate any concerns or suggestions for improvement to management.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience With Powder Coating And Painting Techniques: The Ideal Candidate For A Powder/Painter Job At Trimble Should Have A Strong Background In Powder Coating And Painting Techniques. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Types Of Powder And Paint, Proper Application Methods, And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Fix Any Issues That May Arise.

  • Familiarity With Industrial Equipment And Machinery: As A Powder/Painter At Trimble, You Will Be Responsible For Operating And Maintaining Various Industrial Equipment And Machinery. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Such Equipment And Be Comfortable Using It On A Daily Basis.

  • Attention To Detail: A Key Aspect Of Being A Successful Powder/Painter At Trimble Is Having A Keen Eye For Detail. The Ability To Detect Imperfections In The Coating Or Paint Job, As Well As The Patience To Ensure A Flawless Finish, Is Crucial For This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Safety Protocols: Working With Powder And Paint Can Be Hazardous If Proper Safety Precautions Are Not Followed. Therefore, Candidates Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Be Diligent In Adhering To Them To Ensure A Safe Work Environment.
