The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking individual with a passion for developing and leveraging data to drive successful people strategies.We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, a creative thinker, and a problem solver. You should possess excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively. You should also have a deep understanding of the principles of HR analytics, data science, and technology.The successful candidate will have a degree in analytics, data science, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in people analytics; and proficiency in statistical software and HR systems. Responsibilities:
- Work with HR team to develop and leverage data to create successful people strategies.
- Analyze people data to identify insights and trends.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators.
- Develop models to forecast future trends and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with HR team and other stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Create reports and presentations to share insights.
- Support the development of HR systems, policies, and procedures.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in people analytics.
- Lead the implementation of data-driven strategies and initiatives.
