Manager, Tax Operations

Manage the global income tax provision function, including coordination with advisors and external audit firm. Responsible for ASC 740 matters related to cash tax management, effective tax rates, FIN48 reserves and SEC tax external reporting. Experience with footnotes, disclosures, permanent/temporary differences, discrete items, rate reconciliation, inventory of deferred assets/liabilities, income taxes payable and deferred roll forwards/reconciliations, valuation allowances, tax rates, return-to-provision adjustments, tax purchase accounting, and tax journal entries. Engage in providing forecasts and guidance with respect to the U.S. and non-U.S. future effective tax rates and cash taxes. Work with audit personnel with respect to domestic and international tax issues. Review U.S. federal and state income tax returns and the supporting workpapers.
