- Develop and implement software solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry standards
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects
- Drive the development and implementation of coding standards and best practices within the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot issues
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the team's technical skills and processes
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for software systems, processes, and procedures

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With At Least 2 Years In A Lead Role.
Strong Technical Skills In Programming Languages Such As C++, Java, Or Python, As Well As Experience With Software Development Tools And Processes.
Proven Leadership Skills, Including Experience Managing A Team And Leading Successful Software Projects From Conception To Deployment.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
