  1. Lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using C# and MAUI.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, create project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
  3. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior software engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  4. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to improve software development efficiency.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as design documents, user manuals, and release notes.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software engineering.
  8. Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and management.
  9. Ensure software solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet quality standards.
  10. Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  11. Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
  12. Lead and participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative activities.
  13. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks in the software development process.
  14. Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
  15. Continuously improve existing software products and processes to enhance user experience and increase efficiency.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In C# And .Net Framework: A Lead Software Engineer At Trimble Should Have A Strong Background In C# Programming Language And .Net Framework. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Object-Oriented Programming Principles, Data Structures, Algorithms, And Design Patterns.

  • Proficiency In Maui Development: Trimble Is Looking For A Lead Software Engineer Who Has Hands-On Experience With Maui Development. This Includes Knowledge Of Maui Architecture, Cross-Platform Development, And Ui/Ux Design Principles.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: As A Lead Software Engineer, You Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Developers And Managing The Entire Software Development Lifecycle. Trimble Is Looking For Candidates Who Have Excellent Leadership, Communication, And Project Management Skills.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: A Successful Lead Software Engineer At Trimble Should Have Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills. This Includes The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues, As Well As The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field: Trimble Requires Candidates For The Lead Software Engineer Role To Have A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field. This Educational Background Provides A Solid Foundation For Understanding Software Development Principles And Methodologies.
