- Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends in embedded systems and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the development process of embedded systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of embedded systems security professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day tasks.
- Conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to identify potential weaknesses and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Communicate complex security concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders, including executives and clients.

Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Embedded Systems Security: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Security Principles, Protocols, And Best Practices For Embedded Systems. They Should Have Hands-On Experience In Designing And Implementing Secure Solutions For Embedded Systems, Including Securing Communication Protocols, Data Storage, And Device Authentication.
Strong Technical Background In Software And Hardware: A Lead Embedded Systems Security Architect At Trimble Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Both Software And Hardware Development. They Should Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As C, C++, And Assembly Language, As Well As Have A Good Understanding Of Hardware Design And Architecture.
Experience In Risk Assessment And Threat Modeling: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments And Threat Modeling For Embedded Systems. This Includes Identifying Potential Vulnerabilities And Designing Countermeasures To Mitigate These Risks.
