- Develop and implement electronic verification and validation strategies and processes to ensure the quality and reliability of Trimble's electronic products.
- Lead a team of engineers to conduct thorough testing and validation of electronic components and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to identify and resolve any electronic product issues.
- Create and maintain test plans, procedures, and reports to document and communicate test results.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans for electronic product failures.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in electronic testing and validation methods.
- Continuously improve and optimize electronic verification and validation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on electronic testing and validation techniques.
- Act as a technical expert and provide guidance for solving complex electronic product issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on electronic product testing and validation status.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Electronic Verification And Validation, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Electronic Design And Development Processes, As Well As Industry Standards And Regulations.
Strong Background In Testing Methodologies And Tools, Including Experience With Automated Testing Systems.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Engineers Effectively.
