Junior Accounts Receivable Accountant

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions.
2. Process and post incoming payments in a timely and accurate manner.

4. Prepare and send invoices to customers on a regular basis.
5. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
6. Work closely with the billing and collections team to resolve any issues or disputes.
7. Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable.

11. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
12. Support the Accounts Receivable Manager in ad hoc tasks and projects.
13. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive data.
14. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts receivable matters.
15. Proactively identify and report any potential issues or concerns related to accounts receivable.
