  1. Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network related issues.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications for employees.
  4. Monitor and maintain the performance of information systems to ensure smooth functioning.
  5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex technical issues.
  6. Document and track all technical support activities, including resolution steps and solutions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates to provide effective support.
  8. Communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical employees.
  9. Train employees on new software and hardware systems to improve their technical skills.
  10. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of technical support processes.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing technical support.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and security of information systems and company data.
  13. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all users.
  14. Prioritize and manage multiple technical support requests to meet established SLAs.
  15. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours technical support.
