  1. Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and expand customer base.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Provide guidance and support to sales team members, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
  8. Monitor and manage sales budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.
  9. Represent Trimble at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Develop and maintain sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  12. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the regional sales team.
