  1. Conduct rigorous testing on hardware products to ensure functionality, durability, and quality.
  2. Develop and execute test plans and procedures for new and existing hardware products.
  3. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to the engineering team.
  4. Identify and troubleshoot hardware issues, and work with the engineering team to find solutions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate testing of hardware products.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in hardware testing methods and tools.
  7. Participate in design reviews to provide input on potential testing challenges and requirements.
  8. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  9. Document all testing processes and results in a clear and organized manner.
  10. Continuously improve testing procedures and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Assist with the development of new testing protocols and standards.
  12. Communicate any issues or concerns with hardware quality to the appropriate teams.
  13. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards during testing processes.
  14. Train and mentor junior team members in hardware testing techniques and procedures.
  15. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of test equipment and materials.
  16. Participate in product launch and post-launch activities, including customer support and troubleshooting.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Hardware Testing And Validation

  • Proficiency In Testing Tools And Software, Such As Labview And Python

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standard Hardware Testing Methodologies And Procedures

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Attention To Detail And Accuracy
