- Conduct rigorous testing on hardware products to ensure functionality, durability, and quality.
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures for new and existing hardware products.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to the engineering team.
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware issues, and work with the engineering team to find solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate testing of hardware products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in hardware testing methods and tools.
- Participate in design reviews to provide input on potential testing challenges and requirements.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Document all testing processes and results in a clear and organized manner.
- Continuously improve testing procedures and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist with the development of new testing protocols and standards.
- Communicate any issues or concerns with hardware quality to the appropriate teams.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards during testing processes.
- Train and mentor junior team members in hardware testing techniques and procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of test equipment and materials.
- Participate in product launch and post-launch activities, including customer support and troubleshooting.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Hardware Testing And Validation
Proficiency In Testing Tools And Software, Such As Labview And Python
Knowledge Of Industry Standard Hardware Testing Methodologies And Procedures
