Job Description

Trimble is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Hardware/Software Testing Intern to join our team! In this role, you will use your technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills to help ensure the highest quality of our products.We’re looking for someone who is passionate about technology and is eager to learn. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail and a knack for finding solutions. You should also be able to work independently and in a team setting.To be successful in this role, you should have:• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field• Familiarity with a range of hardware and software• Ability to troubleshoot and debug hardware and software• Knowledge of coding and scripting languages• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to work well in both a team and individual settingIf you’re keen to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute test plans for hardware and software products
  2. Identify and document defects and errors in hardware and software
  3. Work with developers to troubleshoot and debug hardware and software
  4. Develop automated testing scripts and tools
  5. Monitor and maintain existing hardware and software systems
  6. Research and evaluate new technologies for use in hardware and software
  7. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders on projects
  8. Provide technical support to customers
  9. Prepare and present reports on the results of testing
  10. Adhere to established quality assurance and safety standards
