GNSS Corrections Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and guidance to customers related to GNSS corrections products.
2. Troubleshoot customer inquiries and technical issues to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
3. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
4. Develop and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
5. Research and identify technical solutions for customer inquiries.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of new GNSS corrections products and services.
7. Assist in the testing and evaluation of new GNSS corrections products and services.
8. Utilize GIS, surveying, and computer science technologies to provide technical support and guidance.
9. Stay up-to-date on current GNSS corrections trends and industry knowledge.
10. Work independently and as part of a team to meet customer needs.
