Global Product Validation Manager

As Global Product Validation Manager in Trimble’s Ag division, you will have responsibility and authority to lead a team of Test Engineers to develop and perform verification activities for hardware, software and systems. You will help to ensure that our products and solutions released to market meet our customer expectations in terms of functionality and quality. Developing, supporting, and growing a highly engaged diverse, and inclusive team. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other test engineers. Directs and coordinates activities of assigned staff to ensure project and release timeliness to goals, objectives, and milestones. Recruits, hires, and develops test engineering staff. Participate in all phases of product development as needed such as reviewing requirements, design, usability, risk assessment, and defects
