Global Mobility Immigration Specialist

At Trimble, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Global Mobility Immigration Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our Global Mobility program for both current and future assignees. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about immigration law and is knowledgeable about global immigration policies and procedures. A successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Knowledge of multiple countries’ immigration regulations and a proven track record of successful immigration processes is also required. Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with the Global Mobility team to ensure successful implementation of the Global Mobility program
2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global immigration policies and procedures
3. Assist with immigration paperwork and filing of applications for visas, work permits, and other necessary documents
4. Manage the entire immigration process and ensure compliance with applicable immigration regulations
5. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of immigration processes
6. Provide advice and guidance on immigration matters to internal and external stakeholders
7. Monitor changes in immigration regulations and advise stakeholders on any necessary modifications
8. Track progress of applications and provide regular updates to stakeholders
9. Prepare reports and analyze data to assess the success of the Global Mobility program
10. Address any inquiries related to the Global Mobility program and provide solutions
11. Manage the budget of the Global Mobility program and ensure cost efficiency
