
Global Commodity and Supply Chain Analyst
Trimble is seeking an experienced Global Commodity and Supply Chain Analyst to join our team of professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the global procurement process, analyzing data, and optimizing supply chain operations. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, plus at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role. You must also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:
- Manage the global procurement process, including developing and implementing strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and report on global commodity and supply chain performance.
- Develop and manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Develop and maintain best practices for global commodity and supply chain management.
- Create and implement strategies to maximize cost savings and reduce supply chain risk.
- Provide training and guidance to team members in global commodity and supply chain management.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on global commodity and supply chain performance.
