In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our product support team to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for our geospatial products.   1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Trimble's geospatial products.
  2. Collaborate with the product support team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  3. Conduct research and testing to identify and diagnose technical problems.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers to understand and address their needs.
  5. Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
  6. Keep up-to-date with new and existing geospatial technology and products.
  7. Assist in the development of training materials and resources for customers.
  8. Assist in the testing and implementation of new product features and updates.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and engineering, to provide a seamless customer experience.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining customer confidentiality.
  11. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures for better customer support.
  12. Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues.
  14. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
  15. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the product support team.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Geospatial Software And Technology: A Successful Geospatial Product Support Analyst Intern Should Have A Good Understanding Of Geospatial Software, Including Gis, Remote Sensing, And Gps Technology.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As An Intern, You Will Be Working With Different Teams And Clients. Therefore, It Is Important To Have Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Technical Information And Troubleshoot Issues.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: This Position Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Data, Identify Patterns, And Find Solutions To Technical Problems. A Candidate Should Be Able To Think Critically And Creatively To Troubleshoot Issues.

  • Attention To Detail: Geospatial Data Is Incredibly Detailed And Precise, So It Is Important For An Intern To Have A Strong Attention To Detail To Ensure Accuracy In Data Analysis And Problem-Solving.
