Job Description

Trimble is looking for an exceptional Geospatial Intern to join our team! We are looking for an eager and ambitious individual who is passionate about geospatial technologies, has experience with GIS software, and is comfortable working with a wide variety of data sets. The ideal candidate must have an understanding of spatial analysis, be able to interpret and analyze data, and have excellent problem-solving skills. This is an incredible opportunity for a creative and proactive individual to join our high-performing team and make an impact.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in geography, GIS, or related field• Proficiency in GIS software and ability to work with a variety of data sets• Knowledge of spatial analysis and data interpretation• Excellent problem-solving skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Utilize GIS software to analyze spatial data

• Interpret data and create maps for various projects

• Develop solutions to geospatial problems

• Assist with the implementation of geospatial projects

• Research and recommend new technologies and techniques

• Develop documentation and create presentations

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure projects are completed efficiently

• Monitor project progress and provide updates to management

• Provide technical assistance and training to other team members

• Stay up-to-date on the latest geospatial technologies and trends
