Job Description

Trimble is seeking an experienced FedRAMP Program Manager to join our team and take our FedRAMP program to the next level. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the FedRAMP program, an aptitude for learning new technologies, and a passion for leading complex projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.The successful candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years of experience with the FedRAMP program, ideally in an IT or cybersecurity-related role. They should have a strong understanding of federal government regulations and experience working in a cloud environment. Additionally, the candidate should have a solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST and ISO, and experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

-Manage the FedRAMP program, ensuring compliance with all relevant federal regulations -Develop strategies for the program’s growth and success -Ensure proper implementation of security controls and procedures to ensure the safety and integrity of cloud-based systems -Identify and evaluate risks associated with the program and develop plans to mitigate them -Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects -Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and other partners -Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for cloud security -Provide training and guidance to team members and stakeholders as needed -Create and maintain detailed documentation of the program and its procedures
