FedRAMP Program Manager

The FedRAMP Program Manager position at Trimble provides an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and pioneering technology company. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success in developing and leading FedRAMP programs, as well as experience in managing large-scale projects.To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; five or more years of professional experience in information security, compliance, and/or risk management; and a proven track record of success with FedRAMP certification and program management. The candidate must also be comfortable working in an agile environment and have excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in leading cross-functional teams and working with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and lead FedRAMP programs, including defining security requirements, developing risk management strategies, and ensuring program compliance.
2. Manage large-scale projects related to FedRAMP program implementation and enforcement.
3. Work with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
4. Maintain an up-to-date understanding and knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to information security and compliance.
5. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful program implementation and enforcement.
6. Monitor and review program performance and progress to ensure that goals and objectives are met.
7. Identify and address any issues or risks to ensure program success.
8. Develop and implement program policies and procedures to ensure that best practices are followed.
9. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on best practices for information security and compliance.
10. Report program activities and results to executive management.
