  1. Develop and implement project/program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful completion of all engineering projects and programs.
  2. Lead a team of engineers and other professionals to effectively execute project/program tasks and meet project/program objectives.
  3. Monitor and track project/program progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement solutions to keep projects/programs on track.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects/programs.
  5. Communicate project/program updates, status reports, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management.
  6. Conduct regular meetings with project/program team members to review progress, address any issues, and provide guidance and support.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines throughout the project/program lifecycle.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners, and act as a point of contact for any project/program related inquiries.
  9. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project/program efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, and utilize this knowledge to drive innovation and improve project/program outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Project Management Tools And Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Waterfall.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
