  1. Oversee and manage the execution of complex engineering projects and programs within the organization.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient and successful completion of projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  4. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
  5. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
  6. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  7. Lead project meetings and facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
  8. Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries and escalations.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success.
  10. Continuously assess and improve project management processes and procedures.
  11. Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and team members.
  12. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in engineering technology.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Engineering Principles Is Essential For A Project/Program Management Role At Trimble. A Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field Demonstrates Technical Expertise And Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Practices.

  • Project Management Certification: Trimble Values Individuals Who Have A Proven Track Record In Managing Complex Projects Successfully. A Project Management Certification Such As Pmp (Project Management Professional) Or Prince2 (Projects In Controlled Environments) Showcases An Individual's Skills In Project Planning, Execution, Monitoring, And Control.

  • Experience In Engineering Project/Program Management: Trimble Seeks Candidates Who Have Prior Experience In Leading Engineering Projects Or Programs. This Could Include Managing Budgets, Timelines, Resources, And Stakeholders, As Well As Ensuring Project Deliverables Are Met On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: Project/Program Managers At Trimble Need To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams, Senior Management, And Clients. They Must Also Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Motivate And Guide Team Members Towards Achieving Project Goals.

  • Knowledge Of Project Management Tools And Software: Trimble Utilizes Various Project Management Tools And Software To Plan, Organize, And Track Project Progress. Candidates With Experience In These Tools, Such As Microsoft Project Or Jira, Will Have An Advantage In The Selection Process.
