  1. Design and develop advanced electronic systems and components that meet the needs of our customers and drive innovation within the company.
  2. Utilize your expertise in electronic engineering to research, prototype, and test new technologies and solutions.
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including software engineers, mechanical engineers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of electronic systems into our products.
  4. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in electronic engineering to continuously improve our products and processes.
  5. Design and conduct experiments, analyze data, and troubleshoot issues to ensure the quality and functionality of electronic systems.
  6. Create and maintain detailed documentation of electronic designs, including schematics, PCB layouts, and production specifications.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and present new ideas and solutions.
  8. Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise and recommendations to improve the overall performance and functionality of our products.
  9. Assist with the testing and validation of electronic systems and components to ensure they meet product specifications and industry standards.
  10. Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source components and materials for electronic systems and ensure timely delivery.
  11. Adhere to company and industry safety standards and regulations in all aspects of electronic design and development.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity within the electronic engineering team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Or Electronic Engineering: A Strong Educational Background In Engineering Is Essential For A Career As An Electronic Engineer At Trimble. A Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Or Electronic Engineering Provides The Necessary Foundation Of Knowledge And Skills To Excel In This Role.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software: Electronic Engineers At Trimble Are Expected To Have A Strong Understanding Of Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software To Create And Manipulate Electronic Designs. Experience With Software Such As Altium, Eagle, Or Orcad Is Highly Desirable.

  • Knowledge Of Electronic Components And Systems: A Deep Understanding Of Electronic Components And Systems Is Crucial For An Electronic Engineer At Trimble. This Includes Knowledge Of Analog And Digital Circuits, Microprocessors, Sensors, And Other Electronic Devices.

  • Experience With Pcb Design And Layout: Trimble's Electronic Engineers Are Responsible For Designing And Laying Out Printed Circuit Boards (Pcbs) For Various Products. Therefore, Experience With Pcb Design And Layout Software, Such As Mentor Graphics Pads Or Allegro, Is A Must-Have Qualification For This Role.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Electronic Engineers At Trimble Must Be Able To Analyze Complex Problems And Develop Effective Solutions. They Should Possess Strong Critical Thinking Skills And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Debug Electronic Systems And Components.
