- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans for the division in alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes for the division.
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management on the division's performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth within the division.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws and maintain accurate financial records for the division.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to drive their development and success.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Participate in strategic business planning and decision-making processes, providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations within the division.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform financial decision-making and strategy.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Management, Preferably In A Publicly Traded Company.
Strong Knowledge Of Gaap And Financial Reporting Regulations.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Track Record Of Making Strategic Financial Decisions.
