Desktop QA Manager

Trimble is looking for a Desktop QA Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day quality assurance operations and ensure that our software solutions are fit for purpose and meet our customers’ needs. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the daily operations of the desktop QA team
2. Work with development teams to ensure quality assurance is integrated into the software development process
3. Develop test plans and strategies for software solutions
4. Oversee and manage the execution of test plans and coordinate bug fixes
5. Monitor quality assurance performance and report on key quality metrics
6. Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and industry best practices
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
8. Train and mentor QA team members in quality assurance best practices
9. Identify process improvements to enhance quality and customer satisfaction
10. Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries related to quality assurance
