  1. Develop and implement innovative data solutions to drive business growth and innovation.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify data-driven solutions.
  3. Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and data warehouses.
  4. Utilize data mining and machine learning techniques to extract insights and improve business processes.
  5. Perform data cleansing, transformation, and aggregation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot data-related issues and provide effective solutions.
  7. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and data science.
  8. Work with large, complex datasets and develop scalable solutions to handle them.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and present findings and recommendations.
  10. Continuously monitor and optimize data processes to improve efficiency and performance.
  11. Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries and data models.
  12. Collaborate with other data engineers and scientists to share knowledge, tools, and best practices.
  13. Train and mentor junior team members to build a strong data engineering/science team.
  14. Work independently and proactively to identify and solve data-related challenges.
  15. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning to contribute ideas and insights.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Computer Science, Data Science, Or A Related Field.

  • 3+ Years Of Experience In Data Engineering Or Data Science Roles, With A Focus On Data Processing And Analytics.

  • Strong Programming Skills In Languages Such As Python, Sql, And/Or Java.

  • Experience With Data Warehouse Design And Implementation, Including Etl Processes And Data Modeling.

  • Knowledge Of Big Data Technologies Such As Hadoop, Spark, And/Or Nosql Databases.
