- Develop and implement innovative data solutions to drive business growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify data-driven solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and data warehouses.
- Utilize data mining and machine learning techniques to extract insights and improve business processes.
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and aggregation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and troubleshoot data-related issues and provide effective solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and data science.
- Work with large, complex datasets and develop scalable solutions to handle them.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and present findings and recommendations.
- Continuously monitor and optimize data processes to improve efficiency and performance.
- Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries and data models.
- Collaborate with other data engineers and scientists to share knowledge, tools, and best practices.
- Train and mentor junior team members to build a strong data engineering/science team.
- Work independently and proactively to identify and solve data-related challenges.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning to contribute ideas and insights.
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Computer Science, Data Science, Or A Related Field.
3+ Years Of Experience In Data Engineering Or Data Science Roles, With A Focus On Data Processing And Analytics.
Strong Programming Skills In Languages Such As Python, Sql, And/Or Java.
Experience With Data Warehouse Design And Implementation, Including Etl Processes And Data Modeling.
Knowledge Of Big Data Technologies Such As Hadoop, Spark, And/Or Nosql Databases.
