- Take ownership of customer experience projects and initiatives and see them through to completion.
A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Or Market Research.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Conducting User Experience Research, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company.
Proficiency In A Variety Of Research Methods, Including Surveys, Interviews, Usability Testing, And Data Analysis.
Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Translate Research Findings Into Actionable Insights For Product Development And Improvement.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Research Findings To Stakeholders And Cross-Functional Teams.
