Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Success Manager to join Trimble’s growing team. Our ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with a knack for customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. You should have a strong understanding of product development and customer success with a focus on driving customer success outcomes. Our Customer Success Managers play an essential role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with Trimble and are able to successfully use our products to their fullest potential.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Sales, or related field • At least 5 years of professional experience in customer success, sales, and/or account management • Experience in developing customer relationships and internal/external partnerships • Proven track record of achieving customer success outcomes • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems If you’re passionate about customer success and have a desire to make an impact in a growing organization, we’d love to hear from you!
