  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with Trimble's products and services.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for clients and address any concerns or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies to improve customer experience and retention.
  4. Provide top-notch customer support, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing training on Trimble's products.
  5. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and offer solutions that align with their business goals.
  6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue and customer loyalty.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer success process.
  8. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and implementation process.
  9. Monitor and analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement and proactively address any potential issues.
  10. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and provide regular reports to management on customer satisfaction and retention.
  11. Participate in customer success meetings and contribute ideas and insights to improve overall customer success strategies.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Trimble, representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  13. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and foster a culture of customer-centricity within the company.
  14. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and systems to enhance the overall customer experience.
  15. Act as a mentor to new customer success team members and assist in their onboarding and training.
